Experienced developer with leadership experience

I’m an Elixir developer who bridges the gap between code and leadership. Over the past years, I’ve built everything from backends and frontends to mobile apps and DevOps pipelines – whatever it takes to ship products that matter. I’ve spent time in the trenches as a developer and scaled up to leading a 150-person organization. Along the way, I’ve worked with clients across the globe, shipping products in logistics, fintech, and beyond. I’ve also tried launching a few startups of my own – most failed, but each one taught me something invaluable about building things people actually want. These days, I’m constantly exploring new territory. I’m deep into AI, experimenting with Vibe Coding, and finding ways to augment my workflow to move faster and smarter. I’m a generalist at heart – I don’t stick to one stack or one role. If there’s a problem to solve or a new path to explore, I’m in. What drives me? Making progress. Helping products serve clients fast, reliably, and without unnecessary complexity. I thrive outside my comfort zone, and I love the challenge of tackling whatever comes next.
