I’ve been working in the tech field for several years, but I’ve been professionally focused on backend development using Elixir since 2021.
Throughout my career, I’ve had a few jobs in the area, but the experience that has shaped me the most has been my time at Árvore de Livros, where I’ve been working for nearly 4 years. It’s where I’ve grown the most as a developer and where I currently make the biggest impact with my work.
Because I’ve always found it hard to just memorize things, I make a point to deeply understand and apply every tool and concept I work with — that way, the knowledge really sticks. This approach helps me create backend systems that are not only functional but also clear and maintainable over time.
I’ve also done freelance work and enjoy creating personal projects — sometimes just for fun, sometimes to test out new ideas or technologies. I’m always looking to improve my skills, and I’m open to collaborating on interesting projects whenever I have the time.
