I’ve navigated through various roles like Backend Engineer, Team Lead, and Dev Ops. The goal has always been about fostering a culture of learning and collaboration, ensuring that the projects I’m involved in are set up for success, both now and in the future, by meeting and exceeding project objectives.
Tech Stacks and Aspirations
I’ve been infatuated with Elixir ever since I first read about it back in 2017. It was everything I was looking for, coming from a Ruby on Rails background with a love of functional programming. Since then, my excitement about the language has only grown, thanks to the awesome community surrounding it.
While I’ve had the chance to work with diverse tech stacks, Elixir has always held a unique appeal. Unfortunately, I’ve only been able to use it in a limited capacity professionally, but it’s my go-to for side projects and experimentation. My dream is to work for a company that will allow me to use Elixir every day, to craft elegant solutions to complex challenges.

Ensuring code sustainability is a priority in all my projects. I aim to write code that’s not only functional but also easy for other developers to understand and build upon. It’s about setting a solid foundation for collaborative progress and future enhancements.

I want to work with people who understand the importance of straightforward solutions and have an appreciation for clean, thoughtful code.
