Experienced developer also with leadership experience

I have 4,5 years of experience developing applications in Elixir, and also in leading team of 6 people. I worked in projects with a mission - for example with Emyze, application used for tracking your CO2 footprint, I was solo developer there. I also worked creating Allegro Lokalnie, second biggest site for c2c transactions in Poland - I started when the team was quite small (6 people), and ended with my own team to manage and also when project has grown to about ~50 people.
