After completing my Bachelor of Technology, I began my career as a Java Developer. On the job, I was introduced to Elixir, and since then it has become my language of choice — one I thoroughly enjoy working with. Over the years, I’ve built and delivered end-to-end solutions across domains such as learning platforms, supply chain, compliance applications, and environment provisioning/DevOps tools.
One highlight was developing a self-service provisioning portal that transformed a manual, support-team–driven process into an automated, user-facing platform. This significantly reduced lead time for engineering teams and showed me how impactful well-designed software can be. Feedback from users is what motivates me most — knowing that what I build directly improves their work makes the effort worthwhile.
I consider myself a polyglot engineer: while Elixir is my core strength, I’m also comfortable working with mainstream languages like Java and Python when needed. I’ve led small teams in the past, focusing on empowering engineers to ask questions, think critically, and arrive at solutions with guidance rather than directives.
I thrive best in startup-like environments, where speed, ownership, and adaptability matter. Recently, I’ve also started exploring AI technologies, expanding my toolkit for solving modern challenges.
